We believe in sensible growth and are committed to addressing the negative impacts of overdevelopment. Through advocacy, community engagement, and informed voting, we strive to protect our community for future generations while fostering a sustainable and balanced approach to development.

Your vote has real power—especially in Wilmington’s City Council elections where a limited number of votes can elect a candidate. In 2023, less than 21% of eligible voters showed up at the polls. That means a relatively small group of city residents elected candidates that make critical decisions about the future of our city.
Citizen engagement and input is more critical than ever as Wilmington faces a rapid pace of growth and development with inadequate infrastructure in place to support it. Our elected representatives are public servants—chosen to serve all Wilmington citizens, not just a select few. That means listening to their constituents, considering the long-term impacts of each proposed development, and prioritizing the well-being of our entire community over commercial interests.
